Hi Mindy

This post is written for my dear cousin Mindy because she probably is the only one still looking.  Thanks.  So...Christmas was great.  Kate actually opened presents this year.  It was very cute.  She got lots of books and a Little People barn that was probably her favorite.  She squealed with joy as we pulled it out of the box.  It comes with a farmer and little barn animals and the first thing she did was put the cow in the grain silo and say "night-night" which actually sounded more like "ny-ny".  We can't get enough of her, except for the times when we can, which are far and few between.

I'm working full time as of the first of this year.  The savings was taking a hit, but there is lots of light at the end of the tunnel. Brian is getting good grades and will soon join the job hunt.  I can't believe how hard he works sometimes with the reffing and school and now he's in the Bishopric as well.  Needless to say, Kate and I are used to Daddy being gone, but enjoy it all the more when he is home.  Kate wore her first ponytail on Sunday, so I've included a pic from my phone.
